I'm full to bursting with love.

The positive swirl of emotions corsing through my system right now is totally heady and totally overwhelming. I have spent four months, now, seeking out every available opportunity to spend time with The Math Professor... first as two people treading tenuously the space between friends and more. From nearly the very beginning, I have selfishly snatched up every spare moment of time he's offered; the reverse has also been true.

When things became official, when the leap was made, when he said to me the very words I've spent an adult life waiting and hoping to hear... we agreed to give us some time to find our dynamic, before the Big Introductions were made to the kids. We talked about it quite a lot and formulated The Plan. Two weeks ago, I made my first-ever midweek trek to Sewanee and met TMP's son. Today, I went to Sewanee on a weekend TMP's got the kids and spent the day with the whole family.

I have loved TMP fiercely for some time now, have felt overwhelmed by the generosity of self and spirit he demonstrates at every turn. He outdoes himself in kindness near daily; I'm sure there's a ceiling to this, but he continues to push past anything I might expect into unfathomable territory. I've never met a more thoughtful or sweet man.

I knew that meeting -- more aptly, getting to know -- his children would unleash a flood of emotions far, Far, FAR past the point of no return. I was right. At this moment, in the wake of a day with three irresistibly charming people, I'm awash in love for the whole lot of them. Awash!
